Important Notice

Please read these terms of service carefully before accessing or using OpsMentum. By registering an account, completing an order, participating in the Founders Cohort, or accessing the service, you agree to be bound by these terms on behalf of your organisation. If you do not have authority to bind your organisation, do not use the platform.

1. Definitions and Interpretation

In this Agreement, key terms are defined as follows:

Account: A verified corporate account registered with OpsMentum to access the platform.
Action Plans: Proprietary, structured 6-week operational guidance and execution recommendations generated by the platform.
Authorised Users: Employees, contractors, or designated personnel authorised by the Customer to access the platform or submit check-in responses.
Customer Data: All electronic feedback, responses, or information submitted by the Customer or its authorised users.
Founders Cohort: The restricted early-adopter pilot programme capped at ten (10) participant organisations.
Performance Friction Index (PFI): OpsMentum proprietary scoring methodology quantifying operational drag across workload, clarity, focus, and cross-team dependencies.
Anonymity Gate: The strict suppression protocol preventing data reporting whenever respondent sample size is less than four (n < 4).

2. Commercial Nature & Business Use Only

OpsMentum is provided exclusively for commercial and business use by corporate entities, partnerships, and professional teams. It is not intended for consumer or personal use. You represent and warrant that you are acquiring access for legitimate business purposes.

3. Regulatory & Operational Disclaimer

OpsMentum is strictly an operational efficiency and workflow intelligence tool designed to identify coordination bottlenecks, context-switching overhead, and execution drag.

Not Medical or Clinical Advice: The service does not provide, and is not designed to provide, medical, clinical, psychological, occupational health, or therapeutic assessments. It is not a medical device under the UK Medical Devices Regulations 2002 or EU MDR, nor is it regulated by the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA).

4. Subscriptions, Fees, Billing & Invoicing

Pricing is published transparently on our pricing page and detailed in your order confirmation:

Starter Tier: £489 per month (or £4,680 per year billed annually) for single squads up to 10 members.
Growth Tier: £968 per month (or £9,288 per year billed annually) for up to 5 squads and 50 members.
Founders Cohort: Flat non-recurring fee of £1,879 (excl. VAT) for 6 months of platform access for up to 2 squads and 25 members, strictly limited to 10 companies.

All fees are exclusive of VAT where applicable. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Corporate invoice payment terms (Net-30) are available upon request for qualifying enterprise accounts.

5. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If your leadership team does not gain actionable visibility into team bottlenecks within 30 days of activating your paid subscription or Founders Cohort seat, contact us in writing at team@opsmentum.com within 30 calendar days of initial payment for a full refund.

6. Data Ownership, Anonymity & Security

Customer retains all ownership rights in Customer Data. OpsMentum processes check-in responses with strict aggregation safeguards: individual responses are anonymised and never disclosed to managers or administrators. We never sell customer data.
